The JXN Haus and Skipwith-Roper Cottage

The JXN Haus is an indoor-outdoor event space in the heart of Jackson Ward. The space, which is designed for intimate and intentional gatherings, features a lush eco-friendly green space with the ward’s only rentable rooftop venue. The space, which is deeply rooted in history and culture, is joined by the Skipwith-Roper Cottage. The Skipwith-Roper Cottage is open for self-guided tours by appointment only and the cost for admission is $10 per person for adults and $7 per person for children.

The JXN Haus offers three spaces for rental equipped with a sound system with aux and microphone capabilities – with rental rates beginning at $2,000 plus taxes and fees. The outdoor garden is tented with picnic furniture and can accommodate up to 200 guests with seated and|or standing room layouts. The lobby is not furnished and can accommodate up to 20 guests with seated and|or standing room layouts. The rooftop is uncovered with patio furniture and can accommodate up to 20 guests with seated and|or standing room layouts. Please note that The JXN Haus is not a full-service rental facility; however, we offer a list of preferred vendors for catering and other event management services.
