The JXN Project culminated its celebration of the 150th anniversary of Jackson Ward with "Unveiling The Vanguard" as part of the Second Street Festival. Beginning on October 2, 2021, community members were invited to experience the unveiling as the project introduced the largest mass honorary street installation in the city's history via self-guided tours.

In addition to a curated map, directional "JXN Ward" stamps were installed on the sidewalks to guide tourists along the route, which starts at the Black History Museum and Cultural Center of Virginia located at 122 W Leigh Street and ends at Maggie L. Walker Plaza located at N. Adams Street and W. Broad Street.
